I am offering complimentary intro sessions now through the end of December!

WHY FREE INTRO SESSIONS? Because I want you to feel excited and confident about your investment in our time together! The coaching relationship is incredibly personal, so before you commit to a full paid session, I want to make sure that your heart gives you the green light! 

COACHING OFFERINGS:

  • SESSION OPTIONS
    • Complimentary 30-minute Intro Session (Phone or Skype Only)—We can get to know each other a little bit at first, you can dive right in with where you're at, ask me questions, inquire about my tools and services, etc. It's important that we both feel like it's a good fit, so this is our time to get to know each other before we take our relationship to the next level. :-)
    • Full 60-minute Coaching Session—This is your time to be supported, inspired and empowered! These sessions are designed to be a fun and transformative one-on-one coaching experience to help you move toward a life of personal freedom according to YOU, and customized specifically for your dreams, goals, passions and anything holding you back from living a life that lets your soul SHINE! Be prepared to enter into a space of compassion, confidentiality, fiercely loving truth-telling and badass accountability where you get to be YOU exactly are you are!
  • FULL SESSIONS ARE VIA SKYPE OR PHONE—I will reach out to you at the time of our appointment, so please make sure to provide your preferred contact info when you book your session.
  • AVAILABILITY VARIES BUT I AM SUPER FLEXI!—Mornings, afternoons, evenings & weekends all work for me! If you don't see a day/time on my calendar that works for you, please send me a message and I will do my very best to accommodate your schedule!
